Product Intrduction
Trommel screen as one kind of the earliest screening equipment still play an important role now, the trommel screen also be called as other name in different country, for example, sometimes will also named it as roller sieve,drum screen,trommel Separator and so on.
Working Principle
Roller device tilt installed on the rack. Motor by the reducer with roller device through shaft coupling, drive roller device around its axis of rotation. When the materials enter the cylinder device, due to tilt and turn the drum unit, make the material on the surface of the screen to flip and rolling, the qualified materials (undersize) after roller end at the bottom of the discharging mouth eduction, unqualified material (product) on the screen by the cylinder at the end of the discharging mouth eduction. Due to the flip, rolling material inside the drum, the card in the mesh material can be pop up, prevent the mesh plug.
Main Features
1. 10T/h to 300T/h heavy duty gold wash plants designed according to clients individual mining situation.
2. Hopper with grizzly to block out the big size rocks.
3. Belt conveying system available if required.
4. Separating system could be equipped with clay scrubber, gold trommel or vibrating screen according to different mining situations.
5. Gold recovery system could be equipped with belt chute, centrifugal concentrators sluice box with gold mat, shaking sluice, etc. to ensure highest recovery rate.
6. Power system could be equipped with diesel engine or diesel generator
7. Stationary or mobile type up to your choice.

1. Processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite & magnetite and nonferrous metals including Lead, Zinc, Gold and Silver etc.
2. Quarry large stones for grading. And separating dirt and powder.
3. Gravel field for sand separation with our gold mining equipment.
4. Lump coal and the coal industry for the separation and washing (part of the washing machine)
